Pam Thomas is a North Carolina native that loves calling North Carolina Home! She is a CPA and graduate of NCSU Accounting program and has spent over 30 years in accounting and corporate work including The Weather Channel companies, Coca Cola, Sprint, and Nortel Networks. She combines a passion for real estate with years of business expertise to help clients purchase and sell properties in Eastern North Carolina. Her business background offers extensive knowledge in commercial Real Estate, but is experienced working with all buyers, sellers, sponsors, and investors. Pam understands that buying a home is an exciting and complex adventure. It can also be a very time-consuming and costly one if you are not familiar with all aspects of the process, and do not have all the best information and resources at hand. Pam also teaches accounting parttime at the community college and serves as HOA President in Bogue Sound Yacht Club. She contributes a considerable amount of time to the Big Rock Blue Marlin tournament that supports the community extensively.  Have you ever loved a place so much that you dreamed of living there? me too! My

Crystal Coast love story began back in 1987 when my family visited Atlantic Beach for

the first time. It was then my love for the area begin and for every single summer 1987

as I crossed the bridge and said goodbye to the Crystal Coast until next summer, I

would tell myself “One day”. Well, that “One day” finally came true in June 2021 when

my husband, 5 of our 6 kids, 4 dogs and 2 cats relocated from Virginia to live our dream

of living on the Crystal Coast!

As an Army brat who married a Marine, I know the struggle with moving, moving with

kids but more importantly losing family time. As your Realtor, it is my goal and honor to

make sure you are able to focus on your family and job as I will be there to handle both

the search, the sale of your home and any extras that are come along the way. Using

your VA loan? Let me help guide you through the process! During my free time, I enjoy watching my kids play soccer, basketball, baseball, football,

cheer or even just running around outside being kids and of course going to the beach

or boating. As someone who loves where they live and is proud of their Community, I make sure to

give back to those who give their all to us! I am a licensed certified nursing assistant 2

at our local hospice house on an as needed basis. Being that person to hold the hand or

care for someone at end of life is one of the most honorable things I have ever done,

and I will always continue giving my all to those who gave theirs! I am an active

volunteer at my children's schools making sure our teachers get the breakfast or lunch

they deserve to also being an athletic sponsor at the middle and high school levels and

even serving as VP of the Croatan HS Athletics Boosters! I am also a dedicated

member of the Military Affairs Committee through the Carteret County Chamber of

Commerce as well as an honored member of Leadership Carteret- class of 2022, the

best class!!
